Q1 is opened by 2 Vietnamese Chinese sister. Their food is real Vietnam-style. Comparing with the similar shop before, it is much more special. Its price is also affordable. This time, we ordered 3 food and shared with 3 people - ONLY $20 is used!!!

Pandan Green Bean Cake
Two layers of Pandan cakes with home-made green bean paste are above the refreshing Pandan leaf. The taste of Pandan is absolutely fabulous. Their sweet is from green bean but not sugar. Giò Lụa Flat Rice Noodle
The taste of onion and myrcia are heavy. After eating for a while, the taste of soup is still in the mouth! Nevertheless, if you do not like the taste of onion, you may dislike it. SPD4459

扎肉湯河 SPD4459

洋蔥同香葉味非常重，非常足料。食完之後一段時間，口腔都仲充斥住湯底既味道。不過唔鍾意洋蔥既人就未必可以接受到。 SPD4459

扎肉頗有驚喜。唔似一般越南食店，呢道既扎肉既口感係好扎實，而且見到肉粒同胡椒粒係扎肉入面。非常足料同惹味，絕對越南風味。

Vietnam-style Soft Bread SPD4459
It is hot enough since it is made-to-order. For the bread, it is very soft. Inside the bread are dried pork crisp, meats and so on. Unfortunately, we are not so favor on its sour carrot and radish strip and cucumber. It might be better if they are fresh instead of sour. It is because the sour taste covered its fresh taste from meets. For the volume, it should be suitable for a girl' lunch!

越式軟包 SPD4459

個包係即叫即整，熱辣辣！先講層麵包，係軟綿綿幾好食。餡方面就有肉鬆，肉，等等；可惜，我地就唔太喜歡入面既酸紅白蘿蔔絲，青瓜等等。如果唔係醃過既話，可能會更好。因為醃後既酸味似乎蓋過晒肉既鮮味。份量黎講，一個女仔應該剛好當午餐！
