SPD4459 [Tea Restaurant 茶餐廳] Chow Kee Noodles 周記油渣麵

In Hong Kong, it is difficult to find crispy pork lard noodles now. Chow Kee Noodles is one of the tea restaurants still having crispy pork lard noodles, many people said that crispy pork lard noodles in Chow Kee Noodles is more traditional. 

係香港既茶餐廳而家好難可以搵到油渣麵。周記油渣麵係其中一間仲有油渣麵賣既茶餐廳,好多人都話周記係提供傳統既油渣麵,今次就等我黎試下傳統既油渣麵啦!!

Before I come to Chow Kee, I didn't try crispy pork lard noodles. Many people would think crispy pork lard noodles is oily, but you will change your mind after you try it. Actually, crispy pork lard noodles is insipid, you would not think it is oily. Also, the noodles is sweet and the texture like the noodles of Shanghai fried noodles. You should try!!

黎周記之前,我係完全未食過油渣麵。我諗好多人同我一樣都會覺得油渣麵好油,但你食左之後係會完全改觀。油渣麵其實好清淡, 而且D麵好甜,質地類似上海粗炒D麵。碗麵上面既豬肉係類似燒肉中間D肥膏。我覺得值得一試!!

Chicken in black pepper sauce pasta 黑椒雞柳燴意粉

The sauce is insipid, but the chicken is salty. 

黑椒汁味好淡, 但係雞柳好咸。

Coconut milk鮮榨椰汁

The taste like The King of Coconut milk, but it is watery.

味道好似椰汁大王咁, 不過稀左少少。
